Friday Feeling

I sent this to a client at the beginning of the week, she WAS spinning too many plates

“Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could.

Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can.

Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense.”

- Ralph Waldo Emerson

She sent me a text today to inform me that the plates she deliberately chose to drop did not impact on her week.
They freed her mind and a couple of hours to boot, she says she is more focused and less critical of herself.
Changing bad habits and having belief in her own abilities allowed her to see Her best, is now more than good enough!

She did say the pile of smashed plates looked like an art exhibit….

I love the plates smashing in this video and the songs great too!

  1. Just packing up my house in preparation for the move – more than ten years of memories and plastic boxes (where DO all the lids go???) I’m ready for the next chapter in my life and it’s thanks to you that I have made hard decisions a reality. Deliberately dropping a plate went against the grain, but now I do it without guilt, without anxiety and with pleasure knowing that it’s my decision to make.
Pile them up I’m feeling reckless!
